All escalators at Coors Field were turned off after the incident and future use of the escalators will be determined pending the outcome of the city and county of Denver's inspection report. >>> New tonight, the families of three people who were among 18 killed in a plane crash in Aspen two years ago accepted nearly $12 million today in a last-minute settlement with Avjet. The Los Angeles judge announced the end of the lawsuit as a jury was about to discuss damages. The jury had already awarded the families in punitive damages.
