- Wu v. Singapore Airlines, in which the firm won a $15 million wrongful death lawsuit over a runway accident that killed two Los Angeles residents on their way home from Taiwan.
- Witham v. Avjet and Garcia v. Avjet, two consolidated wrongful death cases from 2003 stemming from the crash of a private charter jet in Aspen, CO that killed all 18 people aboard. After trial, the defendants settled with all plaintiffs for a total of $11.7 million.
- Multiple confidential settlements with Boeing and Alaska Airlines in litigation arising out of crash of Alaska Airlines flight 261 in January 2000.
- A partial settlement of $13.65 million for the families of two Army Chief Warrant Officers injured in Iraq when an Apache Longbow helicopter they were maintenance-testing crashed due to defective parts. The case is still set for trial against defendants who have not settled.
